It’s finally here! The new version of our quiz to test your knowledge of Scouting and the Scout Law, restyled and improved. As it fulfils the requirements of your Scout Membership Badge, you will need to complete the quiz before you can be invested. There is a certificate that you can print out to show to a Leader, that will prove that you have completed the quiz.

The new quiz was created with Quark Interactive Designer and runs in Flash which means that it should run in most browsers as this plug-in tends to be installed by default nowadays. If yours does not, please follow this link to install the latest Flash plug-in. If you can see the panorama at the bottom of our home page you should be already fine.


The old Shockwave version of the quiz will return as soon as I can sort out the remaining minor but irritating problems with it. Adobe has recently updated the Shockwave plug-in to version 11 and I strongly recommend that you upgrade if you want to run the quiz in the future. The new version introduces support for Vista and Intel Macs and can be downloaded here.

You can also download a paper version of the new Law and Promise Quiz from the downloads page, print it out, complete it and show it to your Leader.
